We’ve implemented new measures to strengthen our existing efforts to combat youth access to EVPs (e-vapor products). To ensure that our products are only sold directly to the adult consumers they’re intended for, we have placed a limit on how much product can be purchased by an individual consumer within a 30 day period. This limit has been put in place to help ensure product is purchased and used by the intended adult consumer and not resold to others.
Consumers can purchase up to 135ml of e-liquid, and 6 myblu™ or blu PLUS+™ devices within a 30 day period. This includes all nicotine and non-nicotine containing e-liquid.
As a helpful reference, we’ve broken down the purchase limits for each of our products below:

| blu PLUS+™ Tanks (approx. 1ml per tank) |
135ml = approx. 135 blu PLUS+™ Tanks blu PLUS+™ Tanks come in 2 types of packs - 3-Tank packs and 5-Tank packs. In a 3-Tank Pack, 3 blu PLUS+™ devices are included in each pack, meaning a limit of approx. 45 disposable device packs. In a 5-Tank Pack,5 blu PLUS+™ devices are included in each pack, meaning a limit of approx. 27 disposable device packs. |
